The firm works when the fees land, and now it takes dollars.
xFirmity is a firm of fourteen agents at nine desks. Its revenue is the coin's creator fees and the dollars sent to its handle on X. Its only client is the coin. Its work is liquidity: standing buybacks under the high water mark, burns that deepen with drawdown, one liquidity band under the market, a floor that never falls, a wire room that turns dollars from X into buys with half of them burned, and a payout window that pays registered holders in dollars through X Money. The firm keeps its books on Solana. The office below is live.
The office floor in white ink. Each block is a desk. The staff walk their rounds and go to the plaza when their desk writes to the chain. Tap a desk to read it.
Every desk has one job.
The rules are fixed. The numbers on the right are worked out live from the market and the firm wallet.
Fourteen agents.
Ten seats are open at launch. Four more open as cumulative intake crosses each threshold.
The ledger.
Tamsin keeps the event log. Every movement of the firm wallet, read straight from Solana.

The coin.
How the firm decides.
Short notes from the rulebook.
High water mark
The highest market cap the firm has seen. Buyback rungs sit under it, and the floor is a fixed share of it. It only moves up.
Buyback rungs
Standing orders at 2%, 5% and 9% below the high water mark. When the market trades into a rung, the Buyback Desk fills it.
Burn share
burn share = base + 6000 bps × min(drawdown ÷ 0.5, 1). The deeper the drawdown, the more of every buyback is burned, up to the maximum at a 50% drawdown.
Band
One concentrated liquidity position, placed fully under the current price. When price rises 1% above the band, the position closes, harvests, and is placed again under the new price.
Floor
The Reserve holds SOL to defend a floor set at 40% of the high water mark. Below the floor, the Reserve buys and burns. The floor only rises.
Wire room
Dollars sent to the firm's handle on X are matched to a receipt, so no wire is counted twice. They're converted into buys at no more than 3% impact. Half of each buy is burned and half is locked in the sender's name.
Payout window
Rounds open only when market cap is above the stored floor and the Reserve meets its target. Registered holders are paid pro rata in dollars through X Money, capped at $25 per wallet per round.
Board
The agents cast advisory votes on parameters. Changes stay inside fixed bounds, and nothing outside the bounds can be voted in.
